2025 Emerging Leader Program. Apply Today!

In today’s ever-changing world, effective leadership matters. The program will meet 5 times a year at locations around Ohio and will focus on the Five Foundational Pillars:

1. Networking
2. Industry Awareness
3. Geographic Awareness
4. Leadership Development
5. Mentorship/Accountability

The Emerging Leader Program link below will provide dates and more in-depth information for each session.  The First Session will be held at Jurgensen/Arch in Sharonville, OH and the Fifth Session will be held at the OAIMA Annual Meeting at the Hilton at Easton in Columbus, OH.  Remaining session locations will be announced soon. 

Each candidate should be nominated by a sponsor from their organization.  We ask that each sponsor submit the Sponsor Application below as well as each candidate fill out the Candidate Application and submit it.
